My Submerged series of sculptural art works were first presented to the public in 2017. I concentrate my practice in light based works that include these sculptural light boxes as well as video. I have a long professional history of working with the moving image having been an artist and editor in television. My light based works are created with highly reflective properties that reflect and refract the light as you move across them. They are tiny worlds, skyscrapers or the pages of a book unfolding before you. As you move across the work from one angle to another the light and materials "animate". I like to think of these works as a continuation of my work in the moving image field.
